Old Time Chicken Divan
This is absolutely delicious! I used three breast halves, cut each is half lengthwise, rubbed with olive oil, salt and pepper and seared in a hot skillet to give them some color before turning down the heat and letting them cook through. I took another reviewer's advice and added my broccoli raw and it took too long to cook in the oven to the correct doneness. I should have followed the recipe and boiled it before adding to the dish. Also, I used an 7"x11" dish instead of 9"x13". This is definitely a keeper!

Simple Scones
These were delicious! I used the recipe (minus the sugar) as a base and added grated sharp cheddar cheese and 4 pieces of cooked, chopped bacon. I didn't have any sour cream, so I substituted 1/4 c. heavy cream. Dough came together beautifully and scones are perfect! So crispy on the outside and tender and flaky on the inside. I can't wait to make my next batch!

One Two Three Sausage Balls
These are OK, but there is too much Bisquick in them. 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups would be plenty. My family has been making them for years and we never measure the ingredients. I decided to try these and measure everything and they came out a bit too cakey. We prefer ours a bit more meaty.
