Apricot Glazed Ham
I've made this twice - no cloves. Very good, not too sweet.

Chef John's Ham and Potato Soup
Yummy! This was so good! I used regular baking potatoes, leftover ham, homemade chicken broth, and 2% milk instead of the cream. I also mixed in some chopped parsley at the end, which gave it a nice little flash of color. My husband and kids all enjoyed this soup. Will definately be adding to my recipe box and making again!

Apricot Brown Sugar Ham
Very good and easy! I made a double recipe to cover 2- 9 pound hams. I used a little more apricot preserves then called for just to use up the rest of the jar, but didn't change anything else. I also heated the glaze in the microwave a little to make it easier to brush on the hams. Delicious! I received a lot of compliments -- definately not too sweet, and paired well with the smokey flavor of the ham.
