I have used the All Recipes website for years, and this is my first time to be so 'wowed' I am posting a review. This Butter Chicken was DELICIOUS! My husband said 'This will be part of our regular rotation for sure." and that was from the aroma before tasting it. I used 6 boneless skinless thighs rather than 4 as indicated in recipe. I found all the spices needed at Whole Foods, took several reviewer suggestions and I strung the 15 Cardamom Pods together with needle and thread which did make discarding them after quite easy. I also added the 0% fat Greek Yogurt at the end just before serving with small amount of jasmine rice and warm Naan bread. Amazing! Will do this regularly. I will experiment with crushed/diced tomato in lieu of tomato paste next time just to see difference. I also opted for Lite Coconut milk. My slow cooker has a brown/sauté option in addition to slow cook, so next time I will do the entire preparation in the slow cooker rather than initial sauté of chicken, onion and garlic on stovetop.
