Maybe there are better recipes somewhere on this site, but I have to say this is the first truly outstanding bread I have made: great color, texture, taste, crust, smell. Yum. The first time, I followed the recipe exactly but it overflowed my breadmachine. What a mess. But it was super easy and had a good taste so I tried it again, this time just did the dough cycle and baked it at 375 for just a little over 20 minutes. Love it. I will contiue to try other recipes but this will be the standard by which they are judged.
