This is the best pork chop recipe I've tried so far. I did change a few things... I didn't add parsley, it's just not my thing. Next I only used 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce - no reason, I just did. I used 2 cloves of garlic. I cut the salt to 1/2 teaspoon, and I thought it was still a bit too salty. Might cut it more next time. Also, cut the pepper to maybe 1/4 teaspoon. I marinated it all day. I ended up putting the chops in a baking dish along with most of the marinade and baking them. I didn't use thick pork chops, I used the thin cut cuz they cook quicker. They turned out great.
