Tomatillo Salsa Verde

This might be the best green salsa I've ever had. I halved the recipe. . I put everything in the blender first as suggested. Substituted 1 jalapeƱo for the Serrano. Omitted the water. Then simmered for 15 minutes. Heaven!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

I made this tonite. I took other reviewers advice and doubled it. It was a bit too sweet. Next time i will cut either the brown sugar or the ketchup in half and add either minced garlic or a bit of spice- maybe sliced jalapeno or something similar.

Marinated Pork Chops

This is the best pork chop recipe I've tried so far. I did change a few things... I didn't add parsley, it's just not my thing. Next I only used 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce - no reason, I just did. I used 2 cloves of garlic. I cut the salt to 1/2 teaspoon, and I thought it was still a bit too salty. Might cut it more next time. Also, cut the pepper to maybe 1/4 teaspoon. I marinated it all day. I ended up putting the chops in a baking dish along with most of the marinade and baking them. I didn't use thick pork chops, I used the thin cut cuz they cook quicker. They turned out great.

Garlic Chicken

D's Famous Salsa

I made this salsa yesterday. I did alter it a bit. I used 2 cans diced tomatoes. I left out the cilantro. Instead of green chiles, I used 1 jalapeno and 2 serrano chiles. The recipe didn't say what kind of onion so I used a red onion. It was sooo good.

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta

This is possibly one of the best tasting foods I have ever eaten. I made two small changes. I omitted the parsley. That alone improved the taste a thousand percent. Also I don't care for scallops, so I used one pound of shrimp. I make this recipe at least 3 to 4 times a month. It's that good!

Baby Back Ribs

I made this tonite because my husband requested ribs. I have never made ribs before because of the hassle and mess. This recipe was super easy and a breeze to clean up. I will make it again whenever he wants.
