Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Fantastic soup! I didn't have chicken bouillon, so I used ready made chicken broth instead of the bouillon and water. Yummy!

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

I made it without the water chestnut and green onion and everyone still love it. I also didn't have vegetable soup mix, but had an onion soup mix on hand so I used it instead. Still turned out great!

Scalloped Potatoes and Pork Chops

Love it! It was quick and easy. The entire thing could be done in one dish. Great for busy mom's with newborns. Update: I tried this in my slow cooker and it turn out great! The potatoes were done to perfection.

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II

Execllent Soup!!! I made a few changes. I used 5 and 1/2 cups of water instead of 4. It was too thick. Also I didn't have bacon on hand so I fried the leeks in about 1 teaspoon of butter. Also added some pepper to it.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

It was amazing!!! We just modified the recipe alittle by using 1-1/2 TBSP of dry rosemary instead of fresh. Also we run out of Dijon Mustard so we made our own, by mixing honey dijon barbeque sauce and mustard. Plus, we found that the cooking time had to be longer (45 mins for medium-well).

What are we suppose to do with all that butter? - Seriously people that is alot of butter! But it taste sweet and good. Also I found it turn out best if you put the some of the butter topping in the middle.
