Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

While I modified this the seasonings to reflect my own personal taste, I enjoyed this recipe. This is one of the few recipes I followed everything ecxept seasonings to a T. I served it at my moms on Christmas with the rest of dinner and it was well recepted. I will be serving it again.

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

I modified this recipe a little bit based on what I had in the cabinet. I used: 2 boxes of Farmhouse Brown and Wild Rice 1 can chili beans with a cheese sauce added 1 bag frozen of southwest blend corn mix 1/2 bag Birdseye Frozen onion and bell pepper mix I omitted the pepperjack cheese. Instead of wrapping in tortillas I put in individual size sandwich back and then placed in the freezer in a labeled gallon size freezer bag. Now I can pull out what I need when ready to eat add the any cheese, meat, tortilla and anything else I may want. Very quick and easy way to take lunch, plus frozen mixture makes a great ice pack until time to eat.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

My family loves this recipe. I did make a few minor changes, adding more seasoning and omitting the cheese and it was great. I also did this recipe using boneless chicken thighs and it was just as good. This has now become a regular in my home.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

For such a simple recipe it is delicious. It helps that almost everything usually a standard staple in my kitchen, just have to go out and by the Salmon, which I prefer fresh.

Stuffed Sole

My family loved it, and will definately be doing it again. I did make a few minor modifications. I used the seasonings listed, but also aded adobo, orageno, and basil and used white zifandel for the wine. I also didnt make the cream base at the end.

Chili Chicken 'N' Rice

This was quick easy and good. I did modify it and add one can of diced tomatoes to the mix and another can over the top to cover the chicken. Will become a regular staple in our menu.

Cabbage Jambalaya

I tried this recipe for the first time about a month ago, I will be doing it again tonight. It was exceptionally good. The first time my son tried, he wasnt that thrilled but then said well maybe it was to hot. He ate some for lefterovers and that said I was wrong mom, this is the bomb, being he is a pick teenager I was impressed, because if its not fried he dosent want it. The only thing I will change in the futer is since I use regular rice I will precook it and then mix in.
