Rhubarb Jam
My first time making jam of any kind! I followed the recipe as written and it was amazing! It was deliciously tart and perfectly thick. It was so good that I made biscuits just to eat with it.

Butternut Squash Soup II
My local grocer carries bags of chopped butternut squash in the freezer section. I make sure to always have some on hand, and I can whip up this recipe in no time at all! It's good as written, but I also have added garlic & curry powder, or poured in a little half & half at the end. It's awesome with homemade bread!

Refried Beans Without the Refry
Yum! I made this recipe just as written, except I did not have any jalapeno. I used a couple of chipotle peppers instead. It gave the beans a delicious smoky flavor.
