Brownie Biscotti

These were great! A big hit! I liked them best right after they were cut. Next time I will dip one end in white chocolate.

I love these bars! However, I did make some adjustments. I used 6T of lemon juice instead of fresh lemons and I added a glaze to the cooled bars. 1c of icing sugar with enough lemon juice to make spreading consistency, spread over top of the cooled bars. Amazing!!

Black 'n' White Cheesecake Bars

These were a great hit! The only thing I will do differently next time is adjust the graham crumbs to make a less crumbly bottom.

Cheesecake Bars

Found the crust a little dry and the cheesecake top was quite thin. I would double the topping next time. But they were wonderfully flavorful.

Pecan Turtle Bars

These are great but make sure to use 2 c flour, 1 1/2-2 c pecans, and 2 c chocolate chips.

Unbelievable Rolls

These were great. They didn't rise as much as I would have liked so I'll try a couple of the other suggestions next time. But the flavor was superb. My family had demolished them all within the day (my son was even hiding them to make sure he got more)!

Six Flavor Glaze

This is a great glaze. I made a pound cake but didn't have what the recipe required for the glaze. This recipe was perfect. The group I made it for were scrambling for a second piece.
