Awesome. Replaced sesame oil with white cooking wine and added sesame seeds. Reduced sugar by 1/2. Next time will add more shitake mushrooms. Thank you for the recipe!! Delicious!

enjoyed! i adjusted the serving portion and therefore my oven time went off, but with less time in oven it would be perfect. it seemed it would be too seasoned for my taste as i was preparing, but turns out it was great!

great easy recipe. would use chicken cubes next time for more chicken flavor and maybe a little less broth.

Very nice dish, even better the following day. Makes a whole lot of salsa, so be prepared for that. Looks beautiful plated as well (I served atop a bed of spinach). Could have used a little more heat in terms of jalapenos (maybe one more?), but I'm not complaining. Prep was a little of a pain in the butt, next time I may consider purchasing some of the ingredients pre-sliced/diced. Combination of marinade and salsa was spot on. I also baked it as others users suggested. Healthy and delicious! Boyfriend really enjoyed it as well :) Will definitely make again!

VERY tasty and healthy :) I followed the ingredient proportions as directed and did not find the beans to overpower the dish. The spice level was just right, too. Just a tiny kick. I used chicken broth in place of vegetable broth. I also sliced 2 chicken sausages, sauteed them and added them into the cooking quinoa during the last 10 minutes or so. Yum, yum. A new go to recipe.

Great soup. Everyone loved it. Spice factor depends on the type of curry paste you use, and mine DEFINITELY added a whole lot of spice. I ersonally thought there was way too many mushrooms in it, but maybe I just sliced them too thin(?). Didn't deter from the taste though. Great recipe, thanks!

good! im not sure if it was the particular cheese that i used, but it seems the cheese made the sauce/cream very clumpy...i added milk and it helped, but next time i'd probably use less cheese in the sauce and add some ontop when served. i also added more shrimp.

Payoff for hunting down the ingredients, for the prep time and effort, was minimal. Sorry to say, the flavors werent very satisfying either; the stuffing seemed too sparse; was my first time working with rice wrappers, but did not turn out as expected. Dissapointed with meal. Happy to know this worked for so many others. Just not my personal cup of tea I suppose. Now off to find other recipes to use up all my leftover ingredients! ;)
