Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2011
This was extra Yummy! The only change I made was add 1/4 cup white wine with Alfredo and only used 1/2 tsp cayenne. That was just enough heat for me. Thanks Jzeller for great recipe.

Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2012
I scaled it back to 4 servings for 2 chicken breasts. Marinated chicken for 1/2 day and then broiled in oven 15-20 minutes or until chicken no longer pink. Used the chicken in Mango Chicken Salad wraps :-) Yum

Yummm! This was great and easy to make. Will add some mushrooms and a few crushed chili peppers to the shrimps next time but other than that no changes :-)

Grilled Asian Ginger Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2008
This was really quick to make and the ingredients were on hand. I found the flavour could have been more intense or was missing something. Will try tweaking the ingredients if I try again.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2011
Everything in the pantry and so easy to put together. I had boneless, skinless chicken thighs which were very moist, also added some red wine and reduced the salt as other viewers suggested

Yum. Nice side dish with Mexican meals, I mix it with Mexican seasoned beef or chicken and top a Taco Salad.

Baked Spaghetti I

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2004
My familky liked this recipe but I did add some spices to meat mixture as I found it too bland otherwise. The addition of 1/2 can tomato soup, good dash tobasco sauce, basil, salt, sugar, bay leaf and dash of crushed chilies helped boost up the flavor. Leftovers reheat well too!

Delish! In my salsa I substituted red onion for the green onion, parsley for cilantro and added 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar.

Easy to make and results in a creamy texture with a light tang. Not as strong as sour cream.

Loved It! Added 1 tsp more kosher salt and followed it otherwise . Served it over steamed rice and topped with a bit of Greek yogurt. It was worth a second little bowl, Yum.
