This was delicious. I did take the advise of others and add Cream of Mushroom Soup and a packet of Liptons Onion Soup to the gravy. I used the stovetop method and loved it!

Bob's Mexican Stuffed Chicken

Very tasty....I left out the mushrooms and added extra cheese. I served with mexican rice and a small salad. Very yummy!!!

This drink was a big hit during the summer....I used Dole Pineapple/Orange Juice in the refrigerated section because I do not like the taste of juice from a can....This is a definate keeper!

I made this recipe twice...once at home and my family loved. I then modified it a bit for office luncheon. I added more squash as I like a "thicker" casserole and more onion for more taste. EXCELLENT flavor...everyone is asking for the recipe. Thanks :o)

Pistachio Nut Bundt Cake

This is good, but, it is very thick. I added a little bit of milk to make it easier to spread in pan. I also think that this could use a little something as frosting so I made a simple milk & confectioners sugar and drizzled over the top........

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I am not a fish eater, but, I will definitely make this recipe again.....My family loved the flavor and I loved the simplicity and lack of the "fishy" taste. I served with rice pilaf and vegetables.....Thanks!!!!! :o)

Very tasty!! My kids liked it, my husband loved it! He said it is definately a keeper! I served with jasmine rice as it had a oriental taste and smell....VERY GOOD!

Baked Dijon Salmon

Nope...not for me, way to fishy. I prefer my salmon marinated to reduce the fishy taste. The only reason I gave it three stars is my husband liked it. My kids ate cereal instead.

I don't usually like baked chicken because of the lack of flavor. This chicken was very, very tasty!!!! I served this dish over rice with crispy french bread!!! Excellent....Two thumbs up!

Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake

Really moist and delicious......I might add additional pecans on top of the glaze for a little extra flavor. Also, I used reduced fat sour cream and it was very yummy and easy to prepare!

Grilled Shrimp Scampi

My family loved this recipe....I basted the shrimp several times with the juice/marinade as it was grilling!!! Also, I served over linguine, olive oil, parsley and red pepper flakes as suggested by another reviewer and WQW! My husband said this was as good as any restaurant version he had ever tried. Repeat recipe!

Mexicali Pork Chops

This recipe is full of flavor....I also seasoned the chops before cooking. I would recommend that you make sure to completely cover the chops with juice so they do not dry out....Great recipe, even my 7 year old gobbled it up!!!!
