Outstanding! This really tastes like the real thing. I am going to try it next with orange flavoring instead of maple syrup.

Cauliflower Cheese Pie

This was excellent! Well worth the wait for the two cooking times. It was so good that only one piece of the "pie" remained! Served it with sugar snap peas, & sourdough bread.

Simple Macaroni Salad

Excellent recipe! Stir in a can of rinsed beans (I used chili beans) to give it a protein boost.
