Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Great comfort food. I used cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup. I added some shredded cheddar cheese on top of chicken.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

OMG!!! This recipe is delicious! Everyone loved it! I cooked on baking sheet for 20 minutes and broiled for two (to get it nice and golden brown) I also used canned enchilada sauce. Simmered on stove with some chesse in it. Thanks Nicole!

Squash Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I have made this recipe twice and it's been wonderful both times. I used zucchinni and yellow squash instead of carrots and celery. Also, changing the cheese really changes the taste. I've used Montery Jack/Cheddar mix. Awesome!
