Mango Relish

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2007
Very Good!! I used grilled chicken over a tossed salad (with almonds and jalapeno havarti) and put the mango relish over top. It was light and refreshing, great for a summer bbq!

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2007
Yummy...A hit with everyone in my family. I followed the ingredients to a T. But I let them rise a second time on my stove top (while it was preheating) for about a hour instead of leaving them overnight. I didn't use the frosting (no cream cheese on hand) but they where go enough without it. Thanks for the great recipe.

I made this stew with leftover dark turkey meat and it was great. I forgot to add the green pepper and added some pepper. I will be making this stew again!

Hearty Ham Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2005
I found this recipe bland. I used frozen mixed vegi's instead of corn. But cooked the rest as per recipe. My 4 year old did enjoy it...but I will not make again.

Chicken Oreganato

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2005
My whole family enjoyed this chicken. I used bone-in skinless chicken thighs and added garlic salt to the mix. I also slow baked them for about 1 hour 15 min at 375 to make sure they were tender. Great recipe...I will make again!

Cheesy Catfish

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2005
My three year old daughter and family loved this recipe. I also omitted the flour and used bread crumbs. I also added minced garlic to the milk/egg mixture. I found it a bit greasy so next time I will cut down on the butter. It cooked perfectly in 15 minutes then crisped up under the broiler for about 3 minutes. Will definetly make again.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2005
I didn't have any buttermilk so I used milk and it worked well. The flavor was pretty good...I think next time I will add more seasoning to the breadcrumbs. I will make again.

These are some of the best oatmeal cookies I have ever made. My family LOVES them. I use 1 cup of raisons instead of the chocolate chips and omitted the walnuts...amazing!

It was ok...I was expecting the pork to have more of a caramelized glaze to it....I don't think I will make these again!
