We absolutely loved this quiche. I omitted mushrooms in one for my hubby (and doubled them up in mine!) and everyone was pleased. I served it for two different sets of guests and got great comments all around.

Loaded Potato Soup I

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

WOW! Mouth watering. I did toast the bread cubes, and I didn't have any italian seasoning, so I used a packet of italian dressing mix, but this was delicious! Five stars!!

Chicken With Mushrooms

I have been using a very similar recipe to this one for many years. The only difference is that instead of mozzerella cheese, I use monterrey jack cheese. I highly recommend giving it a try with the different cheese. It melts as well, and gives it a VERY distinct flavor!!!

Vikki's Red Bean Sausage

Was there anything bad about this recipe? We LOVED it! We served it over rice and used cornbread as a side. This was excellent in flavor and in substance. I will make it again because it won raves from my whole family. We did have to give the kids milk to drink, because they said it was too spicy, but they still ate it.

Cheeseburger Noodle Casserole

The taste of this recipe was very unique, and most of my family really liked it. The leftovers reheated well the next day in the microwave. The only thing I didn't like about it were the fact that the sauce was very thick, but that would be easy to remedy. I will probably make this again for myself and the kids for a good lunch.

Potato Soup III

I have never liked potato soup, but I must say this variety is wonderful. My husband and I like to add a few different things to it sometimes, but it's great even if you leave it alone, although a little worcestershire sauce is good in it. We love to fix the Portuguese Fried Bread recipe that we found on this site. Nothing is better on a cold winter day.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs I

The only trouble I had with these was getting them to stay together. Any stirring at all in the crockpot made them fall apart, but the taste was fabulous. My family really scarfed these up!

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

This recipe was GREAT! The chicken was the most tender I have ever eaten! Even with the spices my kids just kept eating it. I had only a little bit left over, and I used that the next day to make awesome chicken and cheese burritos. They were great, too. This was the juiciest chicken. The only problem I had with it was the fact that the juices kept spitting out into the hot oven and creating a smokey environment. I had to drain the juices out of it every so often, but it was well worth it!
