This recipe is great and very easy. Followed the others reviews suggestions. Added milk instead of water for the soup. Add some garlic along with the onions, and some extra spices depends on what you like. I would double the amount for the stuffing because i felt it need more. I also add some frozen veggies to make it a one dish meal.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Was Very scared to try this because of the short cook time. But it came out delicious! I only had a 2 lb roast and cooked it for 20 mins because i read some reviews and most people said it came out med rare and i like mine med to med-well. It came out so delicious i only seasoned it with salt,pepper, garlic powder and some paprika that some suggested on a review. 7 mins a pound is so true. Everyone should try this method of cooking super easy and i don't think anyone can mess it up. Going to give this as a recipe for a bridal shower that i have to go to this weekend.

Mexican Baked Fish

Absolutely loved this recipe. very easy to make and great for company! I used Yellowtail and hog snapper fish and added garlic to give some extra flavor. was a big hit with my family.

Poulet Parisienne

Very good! Quick and easy to make which is great when you have to do things and dont feel like cooking really. I served it with mash potatoes and used the sauce like a gravy for the potatoes. I also seasoned the cutlets with garlic and salt and pepper to give a little more flavor.

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

This recipe is great and taste wonderful. I also breaded the pork chops which i thought made it taste even better. I even used pork cutlets instead of thick pork chops
