My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom past away when I was 24 so there are a lot of things I miss .I try now over the years being married to keep some with me that I loved from her growing up like her fruit dessert she would make at Christmas and Thanksgiving which I loved liked I said .I make every year cause it reminds of her and our times .
My cooking triumphs
That would be biscuits ..making them as you will read in my cooking tragedies...and just being able to enjoy cooking for my family ..
My cooking tragedies
I think one of my things would be when first married trying to make homemade biscuits. My husband came home and said "oh you made sugar cookies" well that was 16 years ago now .I didn't try making them for a while a few years but I did try again ,again I didn't give up and now they turn out good .I also one time was making peanut butter cookies and put salt in for sugar those didn't taste to good Lol.....don't know how I mix that up.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast
I thouht it was good but need more flavor. I did try some of the reviewers ideas with add cinnamon to the bread .I think I will add it to the egg mixture and mix the cream cheese with some powder sugar and spread on the bread and see how that goes.
