I started out baking at around 4 with my Mom and never stopped. I love to entertain and I love to impress. Christmas cookie baking, but I'll try anything once. Avoiding lutefisk at all costs! My first cheesecake at age 13 was one of the best I've ever made (Strawberry-Grand Marnier). My tiramisu never lasts an evening. I make an awesome pot roast. The first dinner I made my husband went terribly wrong. It was a mashed potato crusted beef tenderloin. Half of it was raw and the other half was overcooked enough to be rubbery. He married me anyway. Oh yeah, and I'll never make blintzes again.
