Cranberry Pecan Muffins

Cranberry Sauce

My husband and kids love these muffins. I have made them twice. The first time I made them exactly as directed. The second time I didn't have yogurt so I used sour cream instead. Both times they were delicious!

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

I made this pie last year and couldn't wait until the sugar pumpkins arrived at the store this year! Wonderful! We will never eat a "canned" pie again.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

The beef was excellent. I followed others' suggestions and doubled the seasoning and used a trimmed chuck roast. I toasted provolone cheese on top of sundried tomato hoagie rolls until very crispy. I served the juice on the side for dipping! Yummy!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

EXCELLENT! I greased the pan with a little butter. The pancakes are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Don't worry if the batter is lumpy, they turn out great!!!! Thanks.

Greek Style Garlic Chicken Breast

This was the best grilled chicken recipe I have found!! I do not grill chicken because it comes out too dry. This recipe has changed that! Thank you. I followed others' advice about using 1/2 cup oil and doubling the lemon juice. I reserved some of the mixture and used it for asparagus. I left the asparagus in the marinade for an hour and then threw it on the top grate of the grill while the chicken was cooking. Excellent!
