Such a fun cupcake! Mine came out deliciously, in spite of two slight issues. First, I made up my 24 dough balls using ALL of the dough made in the recipe, and thought the balls seemed kind of large but continued on. Then, I filled my cupcakes slightly too full (since the balls were big) so I didn't have a full 24, but even will the filled-ness, the cookie dough wasn't completely covered. Solved that problem by covering the "dips" with icing and topping each with a mini chocolate chip cookie. I used a Devil's Food cake mix and Special Buttercream Frosting. I froze the dough for 24 hours and since they were on the larger side, I baked them for 19 minutes and they came out perfectly. Can't wait to show people tomorrow!
