Lemony Garlic Shrimp with Pasta

Reviewed: May 13, 2010
Really easy and good. Did not brine. For sauce, I added 1T chicken bouillon and 1T cornstarch to thick, then cooked shrimp in sauce. Tossed some sugar snaps at end made it a tasty meal in 15 minutes.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2010
Plenty of flavor here. Reduced sugar but still pretty salty even w low-sodium soy. Awesome as marinade then grill, too much flavor for us in the oven.

I reduced balsamic to 1/2 and was still too strong. Next time I'll add chicken stock and cook in crock pot.

5 stars for ease-flavor&consistency ok. Next time I'll reduce the soup as it was thick, salty and gloppy. Like condensed soup.

Swedish Meatballs

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2008
This was good but the flavor(meatballs&gravy) was a bit bland, needed something(?) more. Per others, I baked in oven then deglazed in pan for gravy.
