Seven Layer Dip II

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2006
We love this recipe! I made this for a party and it was a hit, then I made a few modifications next time i made it. Icut the tomatoes in half and doubled the black olives, I also used red onions instead of green. My husband and I agreed it was better the second time around!

Holiday Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2006
Best chicken salad ever! I am not a big fan of chicken salads but this one has the best combo of flavors. I served it on croissants with some provolone cheese, my husband raved about how much he liked it I will definitely make this again. Like others before I used craisins also.

Soooooooo yummy! I followed the recipe exactly and these were delicious! I have been putting off making these and now I am so glad that I finally did. The whole family loved these. I made them today and they are already half gone! This is a nice departure from the usual cookies/brownies. Thanks for a great and easy recipe!

Veronica's Apple Pancakes

Reviewed: May 29, 2005
So yummy and easy. I had all the ingredients on hand so I though I would try this one and I am glad I did. I added more cinnamon like others suggested and they turned out great. I will definitely make this one again. Thanks!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2005
This recipe is the greatest! So easy and delicious! I have made this four or five times since I found the recipe. My husband who isn't a big fan of chicken requests this and licks his plate clean. A great use of artichoke hearts.

Company Cauliflower

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2005
I loved this recipe. I omitted the bread crumbs to make it low carb and I used shredded colby jack and velvetta. So cheesy and yummy. Even my husband who hates cauliflower loved this recipe!

So easy! Delicious, crisp, light coating. I made the honey mustard listed below and it was fabulous! I cut the honey mustard recipe in half in case we didn't like it, but everyone loved it! I will definitely make this again.

Lemon Sauce for Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2004
Very quick and easy to come together! Added just the right touch to my salmon patties, but I think I added a little too much lemon (I didn't measure I just eyeballed it)anyways a great recipe thanks!

Potato Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2004
Excellent! They had a wonderful consistency and were so yummy with the lemon sauce for salmon patties. Nest time I will make sure and chop my onions very fine(maybe in the food processor) because I was in a hurry and got a couple of big pieces of onion in some bites. Thanks for a great and easy recipe!

Creamed Salmon on Toast

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2004
Quick and easy! This was a yummy lunch. I substituted heavy cream for the milk and it came out to thick so I thinned it with some milk. I also did not add the peas in with the salmon since I have some that won't eat peas but instead served them on the side.

Marble Squares II

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2004
Super moist and the spots of chocolate with cream cheese are so yummy! Make sure you get the cream cheese soft enough, I put mine in the microwave for a little bit before I mixed it with the sugar and it mixed with the chocolate so easy! Next time I might add some nuts to it! Good recipe.

This is the best cream cheese frosting I have ever made! It isn't too rich and has a nice cream cheese flavor. It would be good used as a fruit dip, I will definitely make this again. Thanks!

Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2004
It was pretty good, but not as much flavor as we like. I like the broiled tilapia parmesan better. It was very easy to prepare, but was lacking some kick.

Carrie's Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2004
Delicious! Tasted like something from an italian restaraunt. I didn't have wine so I substituted chicken broth. It turned out great, we love artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.

Cheese Cake Cups

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2004
Quick and easy! A good use of all the extra cream cheese I had lying around! I stirred too many chocolate chips in with the batter I thought it to be a little overpowering, they taste much better with only one or two chocolate chips per muffin. I made these again and instead of stirring chocolate chips in with the batter I put them on top with a few broken walnuts. Yummy! Tasted much better like this. Great recipe!

I would give these more than five stars if I could! Just as good or better than the famous seafood restaurants. My whole family gobbled them up and my daughter said I should serve them with every meal. A definite keeper!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2004
Tasty! I cut down on the garlic and added more lemon like suggested, and I think it was a little too lemony. Next time I will do as the recipe suggests. I also had a little bit of leaking so I might flatten the breasts and roll them next time like others have suggested.
