Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2014
I will never use this recipe again. They burn entirely too easily and I followed the recipe to a dime. I added 1/4 teaspoon of salt, but even through i tried spraying my pan and even oiling it, the stuck very bad and burnt very easily. I have never had that happen with pancakes before. The pancakes burned before they were even cooked thoroughly. They also needed sugar.

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2014
It was an okay recipe. Somehow, even though I only added a pinch of salt, they came out very salty. They were delicious still. Perfect with a glass of milk. I didn't have a square pan so I made them in a round cake pan. They still came out pretty good. Brownie cake anyone? I had some cream cheese, and I used a very simple recipe to make some frosting. I didn't add it directly to the brownies because my brother is allergic to cream cheese, but it was delicious.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2014
The recipe was rather tedious. Usually the brownie recipes I use call for oil instead of butter so this is a new try for me. They came out looking okay. I made the frosting, and it was very easy and simple. I ran into a problem when I couldn't find my measuring spoons so I may have glitched up the recipe just a bit. They still came out good. They were really thin, and I didn't overmix or overbake, I just think there wasn't enough batter for the pan I used. They are really tasty, but I think I'll stick to my normal brownie recipe.

Mocha Coffee

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2013
Whenever I want a pretty good mocha I normally go to one of the little corner stores and get a cup, but I thought this recipe was pretty good. I'm a real chocolate lover too.

Brownie cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2013
I love the recipe. It's perfect when I have a sweet tooth and need something sweet. I've found that if you spray your hands with a little non-stick spray, it's easier to roll the cookies in the powdered sugar. If you make the balls really small when you're putting them on the sheet, then they will cook flat. Make them a little bigger and they'll be almost like the perfect brownie. I normally make them when I'm in a hurry for an event, and I make the batter and put them in the freezer for 2 hours. That works gloriously, and they don't stick to your hands half as much. I have to cook them about 15 minutes though.
