Aimee's Quick Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
Fantastic! I didn't have parm on hand, but I felt safe skipping it after reading some of the reviews. This was really easy and delicious. I generally followed the recipe, using Dijon mustard, teriyaki sauce, and bacon bits (I nuked some bacon then crumbled it), but I only made eyeball measurements. My husband really liked this too, and he's not easily impressed. I'll definitely be making this again.

Chicken Costa Brava

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2012
This was wonderful! I made this on Sunday evening so my husband and I could eat the leftovers the rest of the week as quick, healthy meals. This goes fantastic with rice. I followed the recipe exactly. (Side note - I'm really not much of a cook, so I was happy it was easy, and my husband was really happy it turned out so well!!)

Korean BBQ Beef (Pul-Kogi)

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
I couldn't believe how fabulous this was! I'm not much of a cook, and it turned out great, much to the happy surprise of my fiancée and myself. Note that I did substitute rice wine vinegar for rice wine, because I realized too late that we had no rice wine.

Korean Squash

This is absolutely delicious! It had a sweeter flavor than I expected. Word of warning that it does look rather ugly, but it does taste really good!

Korean Salad with Sesame Dressing

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
This was delicious! Very spicy, so cut back on the pepper if you don't like spicy. (I love it!)

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
Looks impressive and tastes even better! Like other reviewers, I decreased the sugar mixed into the cream cheese. I also skipped the glaze - I sliced up the berries and sprinkled sugar over them, then let them sit in the fridge over night before assembling the dessert.

Slow Cooker Chile Verde

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
This was absolutely delicious!! I did add some lime juice and cilantro per another person's review, but otherwise made no changes.
