Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Super easy, absolutely delicious and very filling. I pretty well followed the directions, though I added more ham and did the salt and pepper to taste, not by measurement.

Unfortunately, this did not go over well in our house. The only change I made was to substitute in chicken instead of beef. My boyfriend tried two bites and refused to eat anymore. I found it not going together well in general and just not worth making again.

Indian Tandoori Chicken

Fresh Cherry Cobbler

Mongolian Strawberry-Orange Juice Smoothie

I had bought quite a bit of strawberries at a discount at the local farmer's market (end of the day discounts are fantastic). I wanted to use some of them up and had been searching for a quick and tasty looking recipe. This caught my and I have to say, it does not disappoint! This is absolutely fantastic! I didn't change a thing and it is delicious.

My Chicken Milano

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

Very tasty, fast and easy and incredibly filling! Definite thumbs up from my guy. Seems very open to alteration, if desired, but perfect the way it is.
