Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

I took the marinade and made a sauce that was so delicious you could have eaten it with a spoon. Lamb was excellent!! I cooked at 350 for 30 minutes and then turned down to 300.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

This was great, made for Easter dinner. I did saute the onions before putting in and used a little less onion since I had some non onion lovers. Will make this again!!
