This is one of those recipes that people call keeper. I made it for breakfast with our family reunion and it was hit. EVERYONE loved it, it was soooo good makes it hard to stop eating it! I defiantly would recommend to try it. I followed the advice of others and decreased the cream cheese to 10 oz. I added a little milk so its easier to spread it on bread. Used 8 eggs and I substitute maple syrup with brown sugar. I don't know how would it taste with maple syrup. But even with brown sugar it was very YUMMY. For sauce I doubled blueberry so it wasn't too sweet. Thank you for shearing great recipe.
