Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2010
I made this for my mother-in-law's birthday and everyone was very impressed. Used ramekins instead of the muffin pan and was surprised at how quick and easy this was! Will make it again, and may use milk chocolate next time to make it a little sweeter.

Baked Orange Roughy Italian-Style

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2005
My family liked this dish and I loved it because it was so easy and uses ingredients you usually already have. I used tilapia instead of orange roughy just because the tilapia was half the cost. It tasted great and I will make this again.

Modenese Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2005
This was so easy and my 12 year old son said it was his favorite thing I've ever cooked him. I added sliced fresh mushrooms to the skillet right after adding the wine and seasonings, and added another half cup of wine (because of the mushrooms).

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2005
This was great! I left out the onion, green pepper, & tomato sauce, and instead used 1 can rotel and 1 can green chiles. Used hot enchilada sauce instead of taco sauce and put jalapenos on top of the cheese because we like it hot.

Apple Pecan Cornbread Dressing

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2004
This was my first attempt ever at making dressing. It was so easy, and very good and the whole family liked it. I'll make this from now on every Thanksgiving. I could not find an 8 oz. package of stuffing, only 6 oz, and my cornbread recipe made an 8x8 pan instead of 9x9 so i decided to cut the apple juice in half. I will not do that next time because I think it would have been more moist if I had used the full 2 cups. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Chicken Enchilada Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2004
This was so yummy. I made this for my Bunko group and everyone loved it. It was very easy, and tasted great with Fritos. I wouldn't change a thing.
