Rosemary Rabbit

We followed this recipe to a tee, except for that fact that our rabbit was cut up. It came out dry, tough, and didn't have a good flavor at all. I definitely will NOT be using the recipe again.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

This is fantatic!!! I didn't change a single thing and it is outstanding!! The andouille is hard to find so went to Whole Foods. Theirs is fresh, so I had to slice it, fry it a little, so it woudln't fall apart in the crock pot. Used slightly frozen chicken, cut up. I can't stop eating it, it's so good. Thank you Colleen!!

Orange Mango Chicken

This was SO good and easy to make. I served it over a bed of sauteed spinach w/garlic. Perfect!! The next day, I had it over a bed of organic Fresh Herb Salad. I used the sauce as the dressing. Excellent!!! I will pass this one on.

Irish Beef Stew

I made this recipe, using ingredients called for, except that I wasn't able to buy one bottle of Guinness. Had to buy the whole 6 pack. So I used a lager instead. It tasted horrible!!! I doctored it up with spices, even salsa. We did not care for this. I'll go back to making it with wine and red potatoes, spices. Major disappointment on St. Patrick's Day!!

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

I am disappointed at the way this pie turned out. The filling is good, but my meringue is terribly weepy. I poured off at least 1/4 cup, and my crust is soaked! Directions don't say to put the meringue on immediately after pouring the filling into the crust.I guess it sat too long, while I made the meringue. How can I avoid this? Make the meringue before I start making the filling?

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Gravy much too salty!!! I marinated the tenderloin in all ingredients, except the gravy mix and salt. Cooked as directed. Added the gravy mix and it was too salty to use. I added a can of cream of mushroom soup and it was better. I will eliminate the gravy mix, next time, and add the cream of mushroom soup. Easy and very tasty!

Pork Tenderloin

This recipe was so easy to make and tastes great!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a flight attendant and decided to cook this on the plane for my dinner. I seared the meat, at home, then finished cooking it in our oven. Fabulous!!! Drove the passengers crazy with the aroma, as they only get preztels. Sorry! This is a keeper!!

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

Ths was just fantastic! I added chopped onion to the marinade, as suggested by another rating. I put it on in the morning and had it for dinner. My company raved! I mixed a can of cream of mushroom soup with the juices. Delicious! I will definitely use this recipe again.
