This was pretty good for me. I didn't serve to my husband because he doesn't like mushrooms. I enjoyed it though and will make again.

Baked Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2008
We loved this chicken. Even my three 7 year olds gave it 2 thumbs up.....and that rarely happens. I added fresh grated parmesan to the bread crumbs. Perfect leftover too!

Broiled Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
These were awesome and so easy to make. I did not make any changes except I had to broil them a couple minutes longer. Really enjoyed them though.

Fantastic recipe! I used 3 large boneless chicken breasts and it fed my family of 5. Even ate cold leftovers the next day.

Hazel's Meatballs

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2009
Way too much ketchup. I tasted it before I poured it over the meatballs. I added extra brown sugar, then worchestershire and sweet pickle juice to cut the ketchup taste. I also browned them first to cut down on the grease.

Italian White Bean Chicken

This was so good! I used 1 can diced tomatoes instead of fresh, as someone else suggested. I also used up the leftover veggies from my kabobs the night before.

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

Not sturdy at all. Soupy is more like it. So disappointed as this recipe was recommended to me. Tasted good, but was worthless.

Really enjoyed this as it is not mayonaised based. Used red onion since that is what I had. Put it on kalua pork sandwiches. Very good by itself too.

Really enjoyed these. I included all ingredients as listed, but just eyeballed all the amounts. Will make these again, and often.

Tropiguac (Hawaiian-style Guacamole)

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
This was fantastic! I added a tad bit of cayenne for a little kick. I only made 1/2 the recipe to try it out. Didn't need all the lime juice. Only used 1/2 of 1 lime. Will add more pineapple next time. My 11 year old daughters loved this. Will make it again and again.

Muesli

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2012
Wow! This was fantastic! No more pre-packaged oatmeal for me. I added cranberries to the mix. I added brown sugar to each serving after cooking just to taste. A couple spoonfuls of plain yogurt made it creamy. So good! Will be looking for more yummy things to make from muesli.

Tangy Sweet Potato Fries

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2013
Pretty good. Lined a pan with parchment paper and cut them into fries. Put them on a low broil for a couple minutes at the end to crisp them up. No soggy fries.
