Texas Ranch Potato Salad

I have had this recipe a few years and for some reason I just realized I never rated it. This is my FAVORITE potato salad recipe. It's perfect as is. The only change I make is to use chives instead of green onion-- just personal preference. The family requests this now at big gatherings and it makes my grandmother jealous-- she has always considered herself the potato salad queen! Anyway--YUMMY!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

I agree with previous reviewers in that this fudge tastes like a sugar block with barely a bit of peanut butter flavor. Really bland and totally not worth the calories. I wll NOT make this again.

Broiled Grouper Parmesan

I am always looking for fish recipes since I know it is good for me, even though it's not my favorite. This recipe was very good and I would make it again. I thought the mayo would be weird, but it gave the topping a sort of creamy consistency, which I liked. Also, I have a brand-new oven and my fish was still mostly pink after 6 minutes-- I ended up cooking it like 20 minutes. Overall, very good.

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

This was Ok if you can get over the fact that this tastes nothing like pork chops!! : ) Seriously, it tasted like I was eating honey & pecans. I liked the idea, but it was way too sweet and just plain weird. I will not make this again, though it was nice to try something new.

Coconut Poke Cake

I just realized that I've never reviewed this recipe! I have actually made this several times now and will never make another coconut cake than this one. As other reviewers have said, I am now officially a member of the "coconut poke cake cult"!!! It is so delicious and moist, not overly sweet (as I was afraid of), and sooooo easy!! The fiance said it was better than mom's and I almost keeled over!! :) You can't ask for anything more than that!

Perfect Pressure Cooker Pot Roast

I thought this was really good. I usually just make pot roast with the little flavor packet and bag, and wanted to try something different. This turned out about the same to me; It was good but no better than the easier version, so I will probably just stick to that. But it was good.

No Bake Cereal Cookies

I have been looking for this recipe for a while because my mom always made these with peanut butter instead of marshmallows like everyone else. I was very disappointed in these. The flavor was OK, certainly not great. The real problem was that they were so hard by the next day that I could barely get them out of the pan and it actually hurt my jaw to eat them. Warming them in the micrwave just made it worse.

Old-Fashioned Lemonade

I don't get it! I love lemonade, but there was absolutely no flavor in this. I did like that it was not oozing with sugar like most recipes, but it still didn't work for me. Not disgusting or anything, just BLAH.

Teriyaki Marinade

There was nothing wrong with this recipe, but I would rather buy ready-made from the grocery store if it is going to taste the same. Good thought, and fun to try on my own, but just not that different from store-bought to merit the trouble.

Chicken Nachos

YUM! Can't say enough good things about this. I just used the chicken, cheese, and chips, with no extras and it was PERFECT! I have actually made this three times in the past month since I got the recipe. Only modification was adding a tbsp of butter and some teriyaki sauce to the chicken while stir-frying to give it additional flavor. DELICIOUS!

Four Cheese Baked Ziti

I have made this twice now and it is WONDERFUL! The first time, the red pepper flakes gave me major indegestion for three days, so I left it out the second time. But I actually think I liked it better with the red pepper flakes, because it gives it a slight sweetness. I'll have to work out a compromise somewhere! Either way, it is delicious and so easy!!

Philly Steak Sandwich

This was really good. I followed a previous reviewer's advice and bought pre-cut fajita meat, and it was a real timesaver. The only future change I would make is to stir some soy sauce or worc. sauce into the meat with the seasonings before stir-frying to give it a bit more flavor. I will make it again with this modification.

Chocolate Earthquake Cake II

I made this for my fiancee, since I am not that big on chocolate, but I couldn't stop eating it!! It looks really cool when it's done, not "ugly," as others have said, and I can't even say enough about how good it tastes. I will make this over and over. . .

Savory Crescent Chicken

I just realized I never rated this recipe, so let me tell you that it is one of my favorites!!! Soooooo good!! I always use 8oz of cream cheese, though, and it isn't too much by any means. If you've never worked with dough like this, make sure to put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes before manipulating or you will end up crying like I did the first time!! Seriously, can't recommend this enough-- I make it ALL THE TIME!! YUM!

Tammy's Favorite Lasagna

This was sooooo delicious! I did feel guilty, though, because it was so fattening, but my guests loved it, so it was definitely worth the labor involved. I will use this as my lasagne recipe from now on.
