Many reviewers mentioned that it was too rich or sweet. I solved that by using dark chocolate in place of semisweet. It perfected this fabulous recipe. I love this recipe. I used margarine as directed. Added graham cracker crumbs and mixed them with the margarine then patted it down. This was difficult because the pan was piping hot. Next time I will melt the butter in the microwave and then mix with crumbs and push evenly in bottom of 9x13.

Funnel Cakes IV

I loved this after I added vanilla and a bit of cinnimon to it. The bigger the funnel opening the softer the cake, if your funnel is smaller your cake may be crunchy.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

I too added taco seasoning to the chicken before cooking and it was great. I added a drained can of corn. I used monteray jack and it was great served with sour cream on top. Will be making over and over again.

Elbows and Ground Beef

I browned my meat with the an onion, a green pepper, minced garlic, salt & pepper then after draining I added two 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce one can stewed tomatoes and a jar of my grandma's stewed tomatoes (because that all I had on hand) I then added a 16 oz box of rotini and brought it all to a boil, then simmered it until the pasta was tender. I added colby jack on top to melt and my family liked it alot. Next time I will use the 2 cans tomato sauce and 3 cans of stewed tomatoes. Hope this helps. Thanks for the recipe.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

i am aweful at making meatloaf but this recipe made me an expert! Like others I used a 9x13 instead of a loaf pan and I put the brown sugar and ketchup on top. My family loved it.

Monkey Bread I

Quick and Easy Chicken and Tomato Pasta

It was ok. The brocoli did lose its pretty color, it shouldn't be added until clser to the end. I will probably not make this again.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

I thought there were too many chocolate chips. I used two round cake pans with about 1/2 cup left over batter, they turned out fantastic. I will use this recipe several times for sure. I have a new birthday favorite.
