Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2013
Our Westie's loved these treats. We tried them too and thought they tasted a bit bland. Remember I said our dogs loved them. Next time, I will add more peanut butter and pumpkin. Thanks for the recipe. It's a keeper.

Mid-Eastern Chicken Thighs

Reviewed: May 28, 2011
This was excellent. I took the advice of the author of this recipe and added more garam masala and curry powder. I thought it would be too spicy; but NO. Just right! Thanks for the recipe. Simple and delicious.

One-Dish Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
This was delicious. I did use fresh veggies, like broccoli, carrots, and celery. I seasoned the chicken with poultry seasoning and the paprika. Because, I used fresh veggies - I used two cans of cream of chicken soup. Also substituted the water for chicken broth.

Blue Cheese Burgers

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
We loved this recipe for bleu cheese burgers. The only thing I did differently was form the meat into balls and put and indentation in the middle; place the cheese inside and wrap the meat around it. GREAT recipe. It is a keeper.

I found the recipe to be a big ambigious. Didn't know whether to roast it as stated. I had to cook mine further.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2007
We all loved this recipe. I didn't have brown sugar so I used a couple of tsp of honey. I only used 3 tsp of soy sauce. I also used tomato sauce because of its high nutritional value and the ketchup. Overall, I will definitely make this again. The meat just fell off of the bone. Very delicious.

Red Cabbage and Apples

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2007
WOW. This was sooooo good. My husband really liked this recipe. The only thing I did differently was to scale down the recipe a bit. I also did not add any salt, and with only a half head of red cabbage, only added a few tsp of vinegar and sugar to taste. Thank you so much for the recipe. It was extremely simple to make and just the right amount of sweet and sour.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2007
This was FABULOUS. My family, even our picky daughter loved this recipe. The only thing I did differently was to only use a few pats of butter and then at the end added some bacon bits. I will definitely make this again soon. Thanks for the recipe.
