Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Very nice rendition. There is a suggestion I'd like to make. Use your leftover chicken and finely chop it and make either spring rolls or egg rolls with it. I make Teriyaki meats at intervals and just chop and freeze it then thaw overnight in the fridge and create something else with it. Also don't forget it works wonderfully well in a stir fry or a fried rice. So many ways to keep it Asian style inspired and use this for the week and of course freeze it too!
