Best Green Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2009
These were ok. Didn't have enough bacon flavor for me so I added a few touches. Had bacon bits on hand so threw in them and some worchester sauce. Really livened it up.

Boneless Pork Loin Roast with Herbed Pepper Rub

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2009
Well if you like pepper this is your recipe. It was tender and moist but I would cut the pepper in half. Just too strong for my liking.

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2007
I thought with just a few ingredients, how good could they be? Well their really good and so easy to make! I just got jars of homemade jelly and jams from the neighbor so i put it to good use. I put raspberry in half and grape in the other. My husband is NOT a sweet eater but he loved them.

Pork Loin and Cabbage

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2007
Loved it! The one thing I can recommend Is to leave out the outer leaves of the cabbage. That part came out chewy. I I didnt have pork chops so I used country style ribs. Very tender and flavorful. One of my favorite recipes so far. Will make again!!

Was just a little bland so I added some celery salt and liquid smoke! Other than that it's really good.

Stuffed Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2006
This recipe is good although a bit runny. I would omit the water and just top with the mushroom soup alone. Made the stuffing very soggy.

Savory Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2006
I did'nt like this recipe at all. It was very bland and I think there was way too many bread crumbs. My husband said to pass on this recipe next time!

Fun Taco Cups

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2004
I tried these for a party and they were a big hit. The 2 things I changed were instead of bisquits I used tostitos scoops and I filled half the batch with burger and refried beans. They were wonderful.

Was leary about this recipe but it was excellent. My husband is not a sweet eater but he really liked this. None of the ingriedients were overpowering. Used chicken broth instead of cranberry juice. Will be making this again!
