4H Banana Bread
for me, this is the BEST banana bread i've ever made. my husband like his own version w/c has too much veg. oil in it. he likes it moist not 'cakey'. i really dont know what he means by that but a bread should have a "bread" texture. this turned out to be a bread-not muffin, not cake-but "bread". btw, i ran out of baking soda so i used a tablespoon of ginger ale. i think Sprite or 7up also works but I will buy the baking soda-a must in my pantry. will post a pic later. thanx a lot!

Alternative Baked Salmon
my husband went fishing for salmon this past couple of months and we dont know what other recipe there is for salmon aside from the basic salt, pepper, lemon baked salmon. when i saw and tried this recipe, i tell you-it's amazingly flavorful, tasty and i will definitely serve this to guests for dinner or potluck at church. concerened about calories? try using light mayonaise. don't use salt anymore but try using regular bottled mustard instead.
