Mexican Chicken I
This was very delicious! I added a few tablespoons of sour cream and melted some cheese on top at the end. It was very tasty, and my husband kept commenting on how good it was and asking when it would be done. However, the cook time of 1 to 1 1/2 hours on 400 degress seems excessive. I only cooked it about 25-30 minutes, and it was done. Some of the beans were burning by the end.

Fresh Asparagus and Chicken Casserole
I had never had fresh asparagus before trying this recipe. Now I can't go back to canned! My husband loved this recipe. It's delicious!
