After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

Great recipe.Had to modify a little as my sister threw out the turkey carcas!I used the legs,wings and a couple tablespoons of leftover fat and pan drippings to make the stock.I also used half rice and half barley and no boullion, used chicken base instead.Other than that I followed it the way it was. Great flavor.Next time I think I'll try it with fat free half and half as others did.I ate so much of this soup I gained a few pounds!Thanks for a great recipe.

Rotisserie Chicken

Excellent!It was so moist and tasty.My kids couldn't get enough of it. Next time I'll use a bigger chicken.Thanks for a great recipe!

Slow Cooker London Broil

Excellent! Tastes great and couldn't be easier. I used a rump roast which I browned first, I think it adds flavor, then doubled the canned soups for extra gravy (not the dry soup) and also added worchteshire,white wine and garlic powder. Last 3 hours of cooking added baby carrots. Served with spaetzle. My family loved it.

Chili Joe's for Kids

I was hoping for a chili taste but less spicy for the kids.Tasted like manwich sloppy joes with beans. Very sweet and even my kids who like sweet didn't like it. Will not be making again. Sorry.
