Simple BBQ Ribs
Excellent Ribs! I cooked the ribs, seasoned and covered with water, on low in a slow-cooker for four hours instead of on the stove. I covered the inside of the baking dish with aluminum foil prior to putting in the cooked ribs, making it so much easier to clean up. Twenty minutes prior to removing the ribs from the oven, I basted the ribs with more sauce. Yummy!!
