I am new to the menu planner and having trouble knowing how to creat a weeks worth of menus.

I have gone off the grid with this blog.  I still am at my goal weight at 120 Lbs !!!  Yea!!
This feels great!  I have a son who recently lost 20 lbs using me as his coach. 
I'm always looking for great Lean and Green recipes and find Sarah Carey videos a great inspiration.
I am not real good at repeating recipes.  If I do find favorites I forget where I have them saved.  I love the eaz of ziplist to bring my grocery list to the store, however I find sometimes good old paper and pencil is the answer.

Who here has mastered the menu idea.  I would love to hear your comments and tips on how it works for you.  I created one two  but have lost interest.

Congratulations on your weight loss! I'm the same about recipes, I usually copy recipes over and over cause it's easier than looking for them.

Well, I don't know that I have mastered making out menus, but I'm happy with my process. I usually figure out the entree first: chicken, beef, meatless, pork, fish, soup/stew. Then I go back and fill in veggies or salads to accompany the entree.
