Excellent recipe! I made this for some friends who came over after dinner, and everyone raved.
I skipped dusting the pans and just greased them instead because my husband doesn't like much cinnamon. I only used a dash of cinnamon in the batter itself too--still incredibly flavorful and full of banana goodness. I'm sure it's great with the cinnamon too, but it was excellent without as well. I cut back on the sugar as well, only using one part brown sugar and one white.
When I halved the recipe, I used one whole egg and one egg white--came out perfect.
This is my new favorite!!! Thanks for sharing!
