Made this recipe on a snow day with my six year old. Did a recipe search for a recipe without butter since we didn't have any and this is one recipe that popped up. These cookies are sooo good! We were pleasantly surprised, very pretty, and moist in the middle. I did not chill for 4 hours, we couldnt wait that long, and only chilled the dough for a 1/2 hour and they were pretty pretty easy to work with. I did not use parchment paper either, just sprayed a little PAM on the cookie sheet and they came right off, no problem.
