Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2014
Yummy! Nice moist muffins! I did skip the nuts (personal preference). And I used regular chocolate chips, but I can see how the mini chips would disperse better in the batter.

Peppered Pecans

Reviewed: May 15, 2013
I was looking for a recipe without oil, butter or salt and found this recipe. So good! I did do 2 things differently: I used a mixture of nuts, not just pecans. And I used parchment paper instead of spraying the pan. This one is a keeper!

Crystal's Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2012
Yum! I was a little concerned because the dough was pretty soft, but they turned out great! They are definitely cake-like cookies. And keep an eye on the time, mine only took 12-14 mins.

Pretty good! Next time I will reduce the sugar. And maybe add some chiles!

Awesome recipe, I use it all the time! I do use light mayo and substitute dried cranberries for the raisins. Super easy to make!

Wyoming Cowboy Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
Good cookies! I did have to increase the flour about 1/4-1/2 more. The first batch I cooked we flat and crunchy, but once I added the flour, they came out soft and chewy. Next time I may add some toffee chips, as one reviewer suggested. A simple recipe to add to!

Poppy Seed Dressing III

Great dressing and easy, too! My favorite quick and easy use: A pre-bagged coleslaw (or broccoli slaw) with dried cranberries and sunflower seeds mixed in. Yum!

PHILLY Spicy Thai Soup

This is one of those recipes I stumbled upon and almost didn't use because of the unusual ingredients. But I'm glad I did, it has become a staple. So good!

Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
A nice option for a breakfast on the go! And yummy, too! I did make 2 small tweaks. We aren't fans of walnuts, so I subbed almonds. And I didn't have dried cherries, so I subbed dried cranberries. I did bake them for only 8 minutes, to make sure they stayed soft. Thanks for the recipe!

Yum, yum!!! I am giving this for Christmas gifts this year, so good! Although, I did use 2 tablespoons per cup. And maybe just a little extra rum... :)

Yum!!! With an over abundance of zucchini in my garden, I have been cooking up loads of zucchini in a million different ways. My husband said this was his favorite recipe! I served them with a ranch dipping sauce.

We really loved this bread. I left out the walnuts because of personal preference. I made a streusel topping for one of loaves and it turned out wonderful! Yummy!

Pretzel Turtles

I recently decided to switch the candies for caramels, and I don't recommend it! The caramels were too hard once they cooled. However, I have tried the recipe again, following it to a T, and they were awesome! Yummy and super easy!!!

Megan's Granola

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2010
Awesome recipe! Not overly sweet like some granola recipes can be. I did make some adjustments. I cut the recipe in half, we didn't need that much granola. Also, I substituted pepitas for walnuts (we are not fans of walnuts.) And I added a couple spoonfuls of ground flaxseed. Thanks for the recipe!

Yummy No-Bake Cinnamon Rolls for Kids

We made these for a cooking class in a kindergarten class and it was a big hit. The kids did the steps themselves, except I premade the icing to save some time. They even wanted seconds!
