Phenomenal. Used leftover baked ham... added some cooked white rice at the end. Lots of leftovers. Great great meal.

Beef Stew VI

One of the best beef stews I've ever made. I added about 1 quart of homemade tomato sauce. It gets better the longer it sits.

Used fresh tomatoes and it was very good. Olive oil and plenty of seasoning really helped this dish out.

This was really amazing! I cooked the beans in the bacon grease. I don't know how this doesn't get a higher rating.

Wow... I reduced the peppers by one each and added water and vegetable stock and it was still very very spicy. And I LOVE spicy.

Omitted the sun dried tomatoes (too tangy for my tastes) and cooked the squash in the bacon grease. Pretty awesome.

1 red onion is waaay too much. And I really like onions. Salvaged it by picking off about half or more.

Korean Spicy Chicken and Potato (Tak Toritang)

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2012
Chicken thighs went bad so had no choice but to use chicken breast. Cooked it all in the slow cooker. Turned out really good. Almost like a Asian style pot roast using chicken.

Hot Lips Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2012
This was good. Not spicy enough to be named Hot Lips Chicken though. Actually, not really spicy at all. Also, I don't get the point of the chip crust. They are soggy coming out of the oven. They would be much better served as a scooping agent or even crushed on top after the casserole comes out of the oven.
