The cake by itself was good. However, I would not make it with the glaze. It was ridiculously sweet. So much that I didn't bring it to the party that I had made it for. I insisted my family try it and nobody liked it, due to the glaze.

Southern Peach Cobbler

The cobbler looked great, but tasted bitter to me. I see reviews that it was just sweet enough or too sweet. I haven't made a peach cobbler before.. so maybe it was just me.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Sauce was thin, would suggest putting the ribs in the oven at the end so the bbq sauce can thicken and carmelize on top of the ribs. The meat was very tender.

Chocolate Spice Cake

Someone requested a chocolate spice cake and this recipe was great. I added 2 tsp of choc cocoa and added a pinch of each nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.

Pecan Filled Cookies

This cookie has been requested for me to make again. I made the above recipe with a double batch of the pecan mixture and used 3/4 of it. For me one batch of the mixture wasn't enough.

This was an excellent recipe. I made the following variations: added kidney beans, added more sausage 1 lb, and I put in 1/2 the amount of tom. paste.

Pumpkin Bread IV

Delicious! Very moist. It was a huge hit. I topped it off with some icing - confections sugar with a small amount of milk. I was expecting more pumpkin flavor. I will add pumkin spice next time.
