Turkey-Cheese Macaroni Bake

Even following other's advice to increase the spice, I found this to be rather bland. A healthy dash of hot sauce on the top helped. My huisband and teenaged son had two helpings though!

Sour Cream Chicken Paprika

I only used half the sour cream and chicken stock called for, and my sauce came out great, nice and thick. My husband and boys all gave this recipe 5 stars!

I didn't add the 5TB black pepper called for, believing it to be excessive for something to be fed to children. The potato flakes added an interesting new texture that was quite good.
