Fresh Tomato Basil Sauce

4 stars because I added about 1.5c of dry white wine to the recipe, and feel like if I hadn't it would have been a little bland. I also used white AND red onion and a bunch of other fresh herbs. Other than that, though, great recipe! It needed about 2hr to cook down to a thickness I liked, and was like a marinara in texture. I also added lemon juice to engage the natural pectin in the tomatoes to make it thicken more quickly without having to use tomato paste. Delicious!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

HEAVENLY. Seriously. Highly recommend and this is now my go to flourless cake recipe. I served it in one layer, smothered it in raspberry compote and then covered that with chocolate ganache. It was perfect!

David's Yellow Cake

I followed the advice of other users, and used 3 whole eggs in the recipe. This cake is AMAZING. Perfect crumb texture, moist, and lovely light yellow color. Like any cake, be sure to NOT over mix the batter, or it will be tough and nasty.
