The flour instructions confused me, as I changed the serving size to 8 but the 2 1/2 cup amount didn't change. I wasn't sure if this meant two half-cups or two and a half cups, so I added almost all of the flour and assumed the rest was for seasoning the kneading surface. Well, to clear things up, you're going to need a LOT more flour than it calls for. I ended up using around 3-4 cups of flour in total. I would recommend adding most before kneading as it becomes a mess otherwise. I also cooked this in a skillet, so I increased the cooking time by 5 minutes. Aside from the flour confusion, the pizza tasted as good as any I have bought, and much better than cook-from-frozen store pizzas. Thanks Jay!!
