I obviously didn't make this cake using the bundt pan; I wanted to present a bakery style cake so went with 3 x 8.5" layers instead. I used the frosting "Cream Cheese Frosting II" from this site and added strawberry jam to it for the middle frosting and red colouring for the trim. Not the perfect decorating job I know, but my friends were impressed :)
